The Geographic Challenge: Vast distances make consistent caregiver access and delivery of essentials a significant logistical and financial burden.

The Strain on Public Services: Municipalities and healthcare providers are under immense pressure to deliver high-quality care efficiently and predictably.

3. Our Solution: The Lifetime Fleet Ecosystem

Lifetime Fleet offers more than just hardware; we provide a consistent service guarantee. Our platform manages a fleet of robotic and drone assets with an uptime target of 99.8%, ensured by our predictive maintenance engine.

Our Phased Rollout Strategy:

• Phase 1 (Years 0-2): At-Home Independence & Recovery

• Core Offering: Deploy a fleet of best-in-class robotic aids through a subscription model.

• Consistency Layer: Our proprietary software uses sensor data to predict maintenance needs before failures occur, scheduling service proactively to ensure zero downtime for the user. This operational excellence is our key differentiator and the foundation for trust with our healthcare partners.

• Phase 2 (Years 2-5): Regional Logistics

• Data-Driven Expansion: The operational data and dense user network from Phase 1 provide the consistent demand data needed to design and optimize drone delivery routes efficiently from day one. This de-risks our expansion, moving from a speculative venture to a calculated, data-informed rollout.

• Phase 3 (Years 5+): Personal Sustainable Mobility

• The Energy Backbone: To guarantee consistent operations in all weather conditions, we will power our fleet with green hydrogen (m{H_2}) fuel cells, which offer superior performance and endurance over batteries, especially in cold Nordic climates. This ensures our service is reliable year-round.

4. Business Model & Go-to-Market

Our revenue model is engineered for maximum predictability and stability.

* Primary Channel: B2B Multi-Year Contracts:

* Our core strategy is to secure 3 to 5-year Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with municipalities (Kommuner), healthcare regions, and private insurers.

* These contracts will guarantee a baseline of recurring revenue, with a target of having 70% of our revenue locked in through these long-term agreements.

* Secondary Revenue Stream: Data Analytics & Reporting:

* We will offer anonymized operational data as a Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) product to our municipal partners, creating a high-margin revenue stream and embedding our platform into their long-term planning.

5. The Investment Opportunity: Use of Funds

We are seeking €2.5 Million to build a dominant and resilient market position. The capital is structured to not only fund our core launch but also to provide a powerful reserve for risk mitigation and strategic acceleration. We welcome investment in EUR, SEK, CHF, or USD.

This funding is allocated into two distinct categories: a Core Operational Budget and a Strategic & Operational Reserve.

A. Core Operational Budget (€1,500,000)

* Technology & Fleet (27% - €675k): Develop our predictive analytics platform and acquire the initial fleet of 25 robotic units for the Stockholm pilot.

* Team Expansion (18% - €450k): Hire the core engineering team and a Business Development Manager experienced in public sector SLAs.

* Go-to-Market & Operations (15% - €375k): Launch the Stockholm pilot, secure our first three municipal contracts, and establish our best-practice logistics.

B. Strategic & Operational Reserve (€1,000,000)

* Contingency (40% - €1,000,000): This reserve is a critical tool that provides the operational consistency investors require. It is earmarked to:

* Accelerate Fleet Expansion: Immediately double our fleet size to meet demand if the pilot program is oversubscribed or if a large municipal contract is secured ahead of schedule.

* Mitigate Supply Chain Volatility: Place larger, upfront hardware orders to secure favourable pricing and buffer against potential procurement delays, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

* Deepen Market Penetration: Provide the resources to run parallel pilot programs in a second key market (e.g., Helsinki or Oslo) six months ahead of schedule, capturing market share faster.

* Secure Strategic Talent: Compete for and acquire top-tier "A+" talent in robotics or AI if an exceptional candidate becomes available.
