General Contracting Terms

Agreement Terms: IT2022 (General Terms and Conditions for IT Procurement) or Customer's own terms.

Confidentiality: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed with every consultant prior to project commencement.

Intellectual Property Rights: All IPR for deliverables and work products created during the engagement transfer to the Customer upon full payment of invoices. Background IP and pre-existing materials remain with Lifetime.

Data Protection: Services comply with GDPR requirements. Personal data processing terms (EHK) apply as specified in IT2022 special conditions.

Liability & Warranties: As defined in IT2022 general terms, with service-specific limitations detailed in project agreement.
