Lifetime Group is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This Privacy Notice sets out how we may use, process and store your personal information. We may get that information from you or our partners, through contracts or other legal arrangements you have with us or our partners on behalf of us, in order to deliver contractual and legal obligations. In other cases, we will get that information from you with your permission and consent, or we may receive your personal information from third parties who you have given consent to pass this information on to us.

This Privacy Policy applies to lifetime.fi , lifetimestudios.org, cimsbiz.com and all Lifetime Group sites and Lifetime Digital Workspace(s) and communities.

    We will delete contact form information within 6 months when entered to our Customer Relations Management CRM.

    We contact you as fast as possible defined by function the information was received.

    You may ask to inspect or delete your data sooner.

Objectives and values

Lifetime Oy and its industry brands impacts on the environment and the surrounding community as a provider of Cloud Services operating with our partner Data Centers around the Globe.

The company's aim is to provide its customers environmentally sustainable services which combine renewable energy and energy consumption quality, environmental accountability, environmental policy effectiveness.

Our policy is deliver environmentally sustainable development and services together with our customers. We respect the environment in all of our operations and grow profitably. To reach our environmental objectives we support UN Climate Accord and their principles.

The Paris and Katowice Agreement builds upon the Convention and for the first time brings all nations into a common cause to undertake ambitious efforts to combat climate change and adapt to its effects, with enhanced support to assist developing countries to do so. As such, it charts a new course in the global climate effort. Read more.

Lifetime Group’s Environmental policy complies with all environmental legislation relevant for its operations and respect all applicable laws.

  • Helps customers through use of Lifetime Group Products and Services to reduce their own environmental impact.

  • Actively reduces the environmental impact caused by our own operations by transforming and delivering digital operations and processes.

  • Encourages employees to act responsibility and actively in environmental issues.

  • In line with the Lifetime Group’s continuous improvement culture, assesses the current state of environmental impact by feedback and by the measuring the results of our actions.

  • Requires that the key subcontractors and contract partners commit themselves to operating models such as our Digital Workspace that support the our environmental policy implementation.

Code of Conduct

Introduction

Lifetime Group  is committed to carrying out its business in a sustainable way. In order to promote the long-term interests of Lifetime Group and its stakeholders, the company strives to maintain the highest legal and ethical standards in all its business practices. Each employee is expected to act responsibly and with integrity and honesty, and to comply with this code and its underlying policies and instructions.

Compliance with laws

All business and other activities of Lifetime Group shall be carried out strictly in compliance with all applicable laws, and under the principles of good corporate citizenship in each country where such activities take place.

Each employee is expected to comply with the requirements of those laws and regulations that apply to Lifetime Group’s operations and to his/her job, and with the principles of good corporate citizenship.

Openness

Lifetime Group promotes openness and transparency, as well as continuous dialogue with its stakeholders, including customers and other business partners, shareholders, personnel, authorities, local communities and the media.

Lifetime Group strives to be honest and accurate when communicating with its stakeholders, and our employees shall make their statements in accordance with this principle.

Respect for human and labour rights

Lifetime Group supports and respects the protection of human rights as defined in the United Nations Universal Declaration on Human Rights. No employee is allowed to take any action that violates these human rights principles, either directly or indirectly.

Lifetime Group supports basic labour rights as defined by the International Labour Organization. In this respect, Lifetime Group upholds the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining. In the case that these rights are restricted by local law, Lifetime Group endeavours to offer its employees alternative means to present their views. Lifetime Group does not accept any form of forced or compulsory labour, or the use of child labour.

Fair employment practices

Lifetime Group promotes freedom from discrimination based on race, ethnic or national origin, colour, gender, family status, sexual orientation, creed, disability, age or political beliefs, or other characteristics protected by law. We foster equal opportunity and employees are selected and treated on the basis of their abilities and merits.

Lifetime Group does not accept any form of discrimination, harassment or bullying from its employees.

Occupational health and safety

Lifetime Group endeavours to create hazard-free workplaces for its employees, contractors, and others working in various locations by applying high standards of occupational health and safety. Lifetime Group strives to assure the safety of its products and solutions through its world-class product and solution development processes.

Each employee is responsible for complying with the safety instructions, for using personal protection equipment when required, and for reporting on any shortcomings regarding safety instructions or protection measures.

Conflicts of interest

Lifetime Group expects full loyalty from its employees. Employees must avoid situations where their personal interests may conflict with those of Lifetime Group. This means, for instance, that employees are not allowed to accept gifts or entertainment from a stakeholder, except for a gift or entertainment of a minor value given on an occasional basis, providing it does not create a conflict of interest situation.

Anti-corruption

No Lifetime Group company or any of its employees may, directly or indirectly, promise, offer, pay, solicit, or accept bribes or kickbacks of any kind, including money, benefits, services or anything of value. Such payments and favours may be considered bribery, which violates local legislation and internationally recognised principles for combating corruption and bribery.

Relationship with authorities and local communities

Lifetime Group maintains constructive cooperation with both local and EU authorities and international regulatory bodies. Lifetime Group seeks to play a leading partnership role in serving the needs of the local communities whenever possible.

Innovation and protection of proprietary information

Lifetime Group fosters and encourages innovation by its ecosystem, communities, employees, sub-contractors, and its partners in all of our operations areas.

Lifetime Group’s intellectual property is one of its most valuable assets and the patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other proprietary information of Lifetime Group are protected.

At the same time, each Lifetime Group employee must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Accuracy of accounting records

Lifetime Group accounting records must be accurate and reliable in all material respects. Unrecorded funds are prohibited. The records cannot contain any false, misleading, or artificial entries.

Competition and fair dealing

Competition laws aim to protect consumers and businesses against unfair business practices. Each employee shall comply with those laws. Actions such as participation in cartels, abuse of a dominant position in the marketplace, or the exchange of price or other commercial information between competitors, are prohibited. Our employees should be sensitive to competition concerns when attending occasions where competitors, or potential competitors, can be present.

Anti-fraud

Lifetime Group does not tolerate fraudulent behaviour or activities, such as embezzlement, fraud or theft. Such violations will lead to immediate termination of employment and are subject to criminal sanctions.

Implementation of Code of Conduct

Lifetime Group takes an active approach to the application of the code of conduct and promotes its implementation through the effective communication of its contents.

We monitor and report this code to our stakeholders and legal. Suppliers and business partners must follow this code of conduct to participate in Lifetime Group ecosystem. We promote the application of this code by monitoring the actions of its suppliers and business partners. Enquiries of this code of conduct are directed to Lifetime Group’s Legal Affairs representative.

Reporting any violations to Code of Conduct, Privacy Notice, Contracting Conditions Notice

Any employee becoming aware of a potential violation of these codes must contact his or her superior and Legal Affairs representative. CEO and responsible CxO must be informed. Internal team will investigate reported chapter with discretion. We shall not take any adverse actions, as a result of such reporting, against any employee reporting in good faith what he or she believes to be a violation of this code.

Sanctions

Violation of this code may lead to a warning, termination of employment and payment sanction of damages found. Additionally, certain violations of a criminal nature can lead to legal sanctions.

Our General Contracting conditions are based on IT2018 YSE and EAP. We have Consultancy Agreement and NDA that every consultant needs to be sign-On. In addition, Lifetime Digital Workspace has its own contract to employees, our partners and lifetime friends such as key customer representatives, consultants, advisory board members etc.
